Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2025-08-22 • Last updated: 2025-08-22

Modorra (“we”, “us”) operates MIOS, a private automation stack used only for Modorra’s first-party operations. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Scope

This policy applies to modorra.org, its subdomains, and our private integrations that do not provide public user accounts.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors necessary to operate MIOS (e.g., hosting, email transport, analytics, CDN, e-commerce platform). Access is least-privilege and logged.

Retention

Logs and operational data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We periodically rotate and purge diagnostics.

Security

We apply encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where supported, role-based access controls, audit logging, and automated patching. No system can be 100% secure, but we continuously improve our controls.

Your Choices

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Cross-Border Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where our processors operate, with appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
